In my leisure time I love to relax. I believe that it is a must that we give our bodies some downtime after being on the go with work, family, etc. So, on the weekends I allow my body to wake up naturally. That means no alarms. I love meditation. It keeps me in tuned with my breathing, peace, and serenity. There are several benefits to meditating. Just to name a few; less anxiety, reverse the aging process, helps process emotions, and memory improvement.
