I mentioned in a previous post that I am new to blogging. As some may know I am an Author. I have written two books. Discovering Who I Am, and Discovering Who I Am (After The Storm). When I wrote those books it took me some time to get enough content to turn them into books. As I reflect on the experience, I could have literally just been blogging daily for therapy to get me through what I was going through.
It just hit me today that this (blogging) can be instant therapy for me and for others that come across my blogs. As I reflect back on my writing experiences, tbh they were ultimately preparing me for this present moment. I feel very confident that I am where I need to be at this present moment in my life!
